The Presscon Partial Flow Filter Unit is a powerful filter unit used in heating and cooling systems to prevent contamination in the water. The Partial Flow Filter Unit prevents malfunctions in heating and cooling systems, maintains temperature transfer and thus contributes to a more sustainable use of the entire system.
How does the Presscon Partial Flow Filter Unit work?
The Presscon Partial Flow Filter Unit is a multiple design of the single Partial Flow Filter. The unit is delivered on a frame and is composed of the following components:
One centrifugal pump;
One or more partial flow filters equipped with filter bags and manometers;
Piping including flanges and butterfly valves;
Differential pressure measurement (optional).
The Presscon Partial Flow Filter Unit uses powerful magnets to filter contaminants from water pipes and heating systems. The filtered magnetite particles are collected in filter bags. The manometers connected to the system visualize the degree of contamination in the heating system. In addition, the automatic pressure switch makes it possible to connect the Partial Flow Filter Unit to pump systems, so that if alarm values are reached, the pump can be switched off.
The Presscon Partial Flow Filter is custom-made in our own development and production department in the Netherlands.
